Company’s History

Earth-Appraisal Company, Ltd. (EA) was formed in 2002 as a subsidiary of K.I. Real Estate Appraisal, Inc. (K.I.), a real estate appraisal/management firm. EA became a fully independent company in 2006. EA was formed as an environmental consulting company specializing in risk management services to the financial and real estate sectors. The company is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and has major offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyushu and Sapporo.

EA employs a total of more than seventy professional employees in Japan and enjoys a strong relationship with engineering, consulting and contracting firms located country-wide. A total more that 300 professionals are available to support EA in Japan environmental work through EA’s affiliations and strategic partners in Japan.
