Dr. Kamemoto has more than 25 years of experience in environmental management and regulatory consulting. His public and private sector project experience includes: construction of waste disposal facilities, sewage treatment facilities and chemical plants; urban redevelopment; municipal redistricting; recreational development; investigations/decontamination consulting for chemical plants, semiconductor plants, machine factories; pharmaceutical factories; commercial property transactions, and; microanalysis of dioxin.
Dr. Kamemoto acted in an advisory role to the Japan Ministry of the Environment in establishing environmental standards for the Japan Soil Contamination Countermeasure Law (2002) and he lead the technical team responsible for the introduction and acceptance of U.S. EPA dioxin analytical methods in Japan .
In April 2003, Dr. Kamemoto started Earth-Appraisal Co., Ltd. (EA), to provide consulting services to the real estate and financial markets. He developed and refined the proprietary EA PPSI™ Mapping program in Japan and directs ongoing improvements to the program.
Dr. Kamemoto established the Japan Branch of International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA) in 1997 and he participated in re-establishing IAIA as Japan Society for Impact Assessment in 2000. In the same year, he coordinated the activities of the Japan Environmental Measurement and Chemical Analysis Association and the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL) with the goal of introducing U.S. EPA environmental analytical methods to Japanese ministries and laboratories.
Dr. Kamemoto is a member of The Japanese Society of Limnology and The Geo-Environmental Protection Center. He is an instructor in the Environmental Program in the Master's Course of Environmental Assessment at Wales University (U.K.).

Mr. Carroll is an environmental risk professional with thirty two years experience in technical, managerial and financial aspects of international environmental assessments and compliance. He possesses a strong background in interpretation of environmental liabilities in corporate transactions, mergers/acquisitions and structured financing.
Mr. Carroll is responsible for management of investigation and remedial services, financial analysis of environmental risks and advisory services in environmental risk management. Managed environmental due diligence for a $4B acquisition of a U.K.-based multi-national manufacturing company. Due diligence activities included physical inspections of more than 500 manufacturing and distribution locations in thirteen countries; review of environmental compliance activities in 15 manufacturing operations in the U.S., Mexico, Spain, Columbia, Canada and Portugal; prepared environmental risk analyses for outcome of pending litigation in three states and developed a financial risk model based on historic and existing environmental exposures.
Negotiated terms and conditions of an environmental insurance instrument designed to protect originators, partners and bondholders in CMBS offerings. The policy provided protection from environmental liabilities, including costs of defense, remedial actions and third party actions using coverage triggered by both financial default and discovery of specific environmental conditions. The form of policy was subsequently introduced by the provider as a new product for the CMBS market.

Mr. Nisida has more than 38 years experience as a professional geological engineer specializing in the geologic investigations for civil engineering and environmental projects. Representative projects include: Tohoku Shinkansen/Dai-ni Yuheki Tunnel (between Kurikoma Plateau and Ichinoseki); Joetsu Shinkansen/Nakayama Tunnel (between Takasaki and Jomo Plateau), and; Chuo Honsen/Enrei Tunnel (between Okaya and Shiojiri). He was also the Chief Hydrological Engineer for development of the underground dam in Miyakojima Okinawa.
He worked on the problem of contaminated underground water in Kumamoto-shi as groundwater contamination issues emerged in Japan in 1990s. He has successively held positions including Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee at Geo-Environmental Protection Center; Representative Chairman of the Soil Environmental Rehabilitation Association in Japan (JASERA); Director of Geo-Environment Technology Research Center (GETReC). Mr. Nisida is an ASTM-certified trainer for Phase I/II environmental site assessments and risk-based corrective actions.

Mr. Sakaidani has more than 20 years experience in the field of soil/aquatic environments and environmental assessment & control.
