
EA specializes in environmental due diligence (EDD) of real properties in financial transactions. The EDD services include a modified ASTM scope of investigation for Phase I and Phase II projects, as well as specific scopes designed to meet individual client criteria. The modified ASTM Report is designed to meet ASTM 1527-05 and 1528-06 as far as the information is available under Japanese law and in available sources.
EA uses its proprietary Japanese environmental database/mapping program (PPSI™ Mapping) in its EDD practice as part of Phase I & Phase II investigations and as a screening tool for fast assessment of large pools of properties.
