Soil/Groundwater Investigations & Remediation

EA performs soil and/or groundwater quality investigations throughout Japan. EA’s full-time team of geologists, hydrogeologists and technicians are experienced in investigation, characterization & remedial actions for contaminated soil and groundwater. The team has effectively prepared remedial approach plans and has successfully negotiated risk-based clean-up alternatives with both Japan MOE and local regulatory authorities.

Remedial actions are executed using teams of EA professionals and pre-qualified contracting companies. Monitoring, documentation and submittal of final reports are standard practices in securing regulatory approval of final actions where required.
